Anytime except July 20 - August 15 (Our family's reunion time).
This property is very popular and is booked well in advance.

MINIMUM STAY

The rates quoted here are for a 2-night minimum. A one-night stay is sometimes available for an additional housekeeping fee of $40.

Nevada City is a very attractive destination for both domestic and international travelers year 'round. Our rates are therefore fixed and not seasonal.

YOUR SELF CONTAINED
RV OR TENT TRAILER:		 Max = 4 people per unit* $40/Night
*Add'l guests $15/Night.
 
TENT/GROUND CAMPERS:   $15/Night each person
 
GROUP DAY USE:   $275 Property Rental + $5/Person
 
GROUP OVERNIGHT USE:   Based on schedules above.
