at 3,000 feet elevation (914 Meters),
and has year 'round access on paved, county-maintained roads.

We didn't move out so you can move in! Our intention is to make you feel that this is your second home, as it presently is ours. Everything is here for your convenience, comfort and enjoyment.
We offer you a spacious and tastefully appointed 1,560 square foot "upscale cottage," comparable in cost to the better and smaller local Bed & Breakfasts. It is perfect for one or two couples or a small family. Please note: our furnishings and collectibles are suitable only for older, well behaved children.

 Contemporary furnishings are in blue, gray, black and white, with a hint of Japanese influence. Slippers are provided at the door for guests who prefer this custom, but use is optional. The home is immaculate and has lots of windows, so it is light and airy. There is a highly energy efficient wood burning Earth Stove with a propane heater for backup. Air conditioning is not necessary at this elevation.

The home includes a washer and dryer, microwave, two satellite TVs (150 stations including BBC America and 30 audio stations), 2 VCRs, a CD/stereo, a bar, a library wall, a screened porch with gas Barbecue and Smoker Oven and front and back outdoor patios with comfortable garden furniture. The grounds are lit at dusk by automatic timers.
As you stroll about, feel free to avail yourself of the old '49er orchard (on its last legs,) our seasonal organic produce, and the fresh eggs cheerfully produced daily by "the girls!"
