DEPOSITS

Your Reservation will be confirmed by our office upon receipt of your 50% Deposit. The balance of your Rental Fee must be paid in full 30 days prior to occupancy, along with a Security Deposit in the amount of $75 per night. The Security Deposit will be refunded to you in its entirety, and mailed within 7 business days of your departure, when the house, its contents and the grounds are found to be left in the same condition they were in upon your arrival.

The Security Deposit will be used, however, to pay for any accidental or deliberate damage to the home, its contents or the property in general; and/or, to pay for any additional charges incurred (See Rental Terms).
